Delivery Rates - Carpet Tile Wholesale

Charges for mainland England and Wales

Up to 199 tiles - £35 plus VAT

200 and over - FREE

The delivery charges will be added to your basket and displayed clearly throughout the checkout process.

Charges for mainland Scotland

All orders for Scotland attract a surcharge.

Up to 199 tiles - £85.00 plus VAT

200 and over - £50.00 plus VAT

Deliveries to Scotland can still be ordered online but the website will calculate the delivery cost at the standard rate. We will ring you to take the additional delivery payment and if you wish to go ahead, we will process your order but if not, we'll refund your payment in full.

Additional charges for offshore and Scottish Highlands

Further additional charges may apply to offshore deliveries and deliveries to the Scottish Highlands. If you place your order online, the website will calculate the delivery cost at the standard rate. We will ring you with details of any additional charges and if you wish to go ahead, we’ll process your order but if not, we’ll refund any payments you have made in full.

Lead and Delivery Times

We aim to deliver products the next working day. Some products may be delivered directly to you from the manufacturer and sometimes deliveries may take longer.

We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified but delivery times can be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

We recommend that a fitter is not booked until you are satisfied that your order has been received correctly and we reserve the right to alter or amend delivery times in exceptional circumstances.

Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery.

Your order will be delivered by a courier and a signature may be required. We can let you know the approximate delivery time if that would be helpful.
